The Delhi Police on Tuesday arrested JNU student Sharjeel Imam, who came in limelight during the ongoing protest, from Bihar for allegedly delivering inflammatory speeches against the CAA and the planned NRC. Imam has been slapped with charges of sedition and inciting enmity between communities under Sections 124A, 153A and 505 of the Indian Penal Code.
