The Delhi HC on Thursday made the Central government a party in the petition seeking registration of FIR and arrest over hate speeches which allegedly led to the violence in northeast Delhi. The court granted four weeks to the Centre and the police to file their replies to the PIL seeking lodging of FIRs against 3 BJP leaders for allegedly making hate speeches.
